Good question. You'd need to look through the moinmoin plugins/macro 
stuff. Failing that you'd have to code something oneself. This kind of 
thing *might* be easier in wordpress which maybe suggests we should move 
from moinmoin to wordpress for the main site (but that's a nontrivial 
mount of effort so I'm not sure the value/cost ratio is really high 
enough to make it currently worth it).
