[okfn-help] OKF site 'Configuration error'

Just a quick note to say I've noticed that there's a 'configuration 
error' on the main site okfn.org and at www.okfn.org and at subpages 
such as okfn.org/okcon.

okfn.org/wiki seems fine.

Perhaps I've caught it in the middle of something...
