[okfn-help] Latest WDMMG Mockups

Thanks to Liz and Dave's hard work we've now have some new *static*
mockups for WDMMG:

Dynamic ones on the way end of this week or early next -fingers crossed ...

Jonathan: would you be able blog these like last time (and ping a
quick note to okfn-discuss with link to post so people can comment)?

One thing to emphasize in light of comments last time is:

a) that these are *static* mockups of what will be interactive
visualizations (animation primarily along time axis in region view and
time axis and diving down into function in function view).

b) point out data sources - for this let's point to
<http://www.wheredoesmymoneygo.org/data/> (which I've just updated)
