[okfn-help] Database error on opengovernmentdata.org

Fixed (changed db hostname -- to url that ostensibly points at the
same IP so ...!). anyway tip for the future is to always use
mysql.jonathangray.org as db server address.
Talked with dreamhost and there was suggestion that this was a dns
issue (we host our own dns, blah, blah, blah) but not that convinced
...).
