[okfn-help] Help! I broke the PDW trac

Trying to enable Agilo as Rufus asked, just went through
and enabled things in the web UI, now

http://knowledgeforge.net/pdw/trac says:

	Trac Error

	TracError: The Trac Environment needs to be upgraded.

	Run "trac-admin /home/kforge/knowledgeforge.net/var/project_data/pdw/trac/33 upgrade

I don't seem to have access to us1.okfn.org so I can'd do
this.

Help!
