[okfn-help] Help! I broke the PDW trac

I've disabled agilo. Contrary to my earlier suggestion, I think we
should hold off on upgrading this until we see how things go on the
ckan trac (where agilo is enabled).

That's also fixed ... (you should be able to ssh as okfn ...)
