Huh, I've just been moving a work-related blog from wordpress to 
posterous - bearing in mind that's more a journal-type site.
And getting used to moinmoin again, not minding it.
A little twitter box on the front page searching for 'okfn' would do a 
bit to make the front page livelier.

Yes please, hoping you'll do either an opening or closing talk, will 
have to be short e.g. ten minutes or less, we had a lot of people 
offering to give lightning talks, going to be much less 
milling-around-time than i had originally thought...
