[okfn-help] okfnpad administration

Hi Stefano,

points 1 and 2 are features rather than bugs, and would require some
changes to the core code.
Point 3 is annoying and a bug indeed. Some discussion on it is at
http://github.com/ether/pad/issues/labels/Bugs .
Will require some deeper digging.
