[okfn-help] okfnpad administration

Hi,
sometime ago I created http://archeo.okfnpad.org/ for keeping all
#openarcheo stuff in one place. I have some problems with the current
situation, namely:
      * only registered users can create pads
      * newly created pads are private by default
      * there is no way to access the configuration section, as it gives
        an error page at http://archeo.okfnpad.org/ep/admin/pro-config/
        (but maybe it's by design?)

There is some chance that 1 and 2 depend on 3 - and I don't want to make
these issues sound too important, as they are not, but it would be
nevertheless useful to have them fixed.
