[okfn-help] Menu on opendefinition.org has disappeared?

Let's make the migration of opendefinition.org the one action for the
web "team" this week. We'll also reinstate the menu as part of this.

@Daniel: can you lead on the migration (should be a relatively simple
dump and load).
