[okfn-help] OFS install

Evening,

I've just been trying to install OFS for opencorrespondence.org but the 
pip install appears to have failed with  a message of:
unknown distribution option: install_Requires
warnings.warn(msg)
in dist.py:266

I'd be grateful for any clues on what I'm doing wrong or if there is a 
bug  in the install?
