[okfn-help] Open Data Manual - copyright notice conflict

Have just been notified[1] that the Open Data Manual[2] has "All rights
reserved." at the bottom of the template page. That <p> also attributes
copyright to "Open Data Manual" when no such legal entity exists. Could this
please be removed or replaced?

A possible replacement is in the "Credits & Copyright" section[3]:

This manual is copyright 2010-2011 of its respective contributors and
licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution
License<http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/legalcode>(unported
and all jurisctions).
