[okfn-help] New 64-bit (m1.large) ec2 instance at eu4.okfn.org

Dear Will and Friedrich (and everyone else),

We now have a new 64-bit EC2 instance running as eu4.okfn.org. I've
add your ssh keys so you should be able to login.

We can now get on with :)
