Can create and destroy virtual servers, using a Cloud service API
(something supported by libcloud).
Sets up an Ubuntu server to a known configuration.
Deploys Python web applications to these servers.

Came across this a few months ago and thought I should look back in a
bit. Looks pretty good and I think Ian (Bicking) is working on/using
this as Mozilla so will keep improving I imagine ...
