[okfn-help] Wiki / Handbook page for Chapters and Regional Groups

Ok, I have added a short list to the page:

Some things that need work:

1. Does anyone have any photographs of the Berlin office? The page is
looking a bit naked.
2. So far I have listed UK, Germany & Austria - are there any others?
3. Where are Austria's association documents filed?
4. Do Austria have a website yet?

Can I also make a request to try and consolidate information as much
as possible?

We have pages: http://wiki.okfn.org/Chapters_and_Regional_Groups &
http://okfn.org/chapters/process-for-creating-okf-country-chapters/,
the latter being more detailed. Should I attempt to consolidate it in
the handbook (presumably we will be able to link to handbook pages
from the main site?)
