Great. One small piece of feedback is that strictly I would say we
don't have a UK chapter. There is Open Knowledge Foundation 'central'
but that isn't a chapter (and isn't necessarily UK-based).

Yes consolidate into the Handbook on wiki (suggest making the page
protected ...). You can then link from the main site.
