[okfn-help] Registering okfn.[country] domain names?

Worth doing?

E.g. we already have okfn.de. Worth registering a bunch of domains in advance?

For what its worth, I think there's also a strong case for using
de.okfn.org, it.okfn.org, at.okfn.org, etc. But I think it would also
be good to have regional domain names too (e.g. we could redirect).
