[okfn-help] How should the OKF talk?

Habit, mainly. There are many places discussing the two communities, which
seem to have been formed on disagreements about how to run the free software
mission rather than a difference in opinion about the value of free
software: http://www.linux.com/archive/feed/62098

I've (timClicks) registered the #okfn channel in Freenode in case there's
any support for the move.
