[okfn-help] Email subscriptions to OKF websites?

Just a thought: not sure if sure if such a thing exists, but on our
universal top bar for *.okfn.org sites and all OKF websites, we could
have an RSS to email subscription link - which could take a user to a
page where they could manage email subscriptions to all OKF sites with
an RSS feed.

E.g.

  * Click 'Get Email Updates!"
  * Register on/log in (to Wordpress?)
  * Get taken to a page which has a list of check boxes for, e.g. OKF
blog, CKAN blog, Open Spending blog, all WG blogs, etc.
  * Update RSS email subscription options

Is this kind of thing in principle possible? ;-)
