[okfn-help] Setting up / editing the OKF Handbook on a site like OpenDataManual.org?

Is it difficult to deploy something like handbook.okfn.org - with the
same system as OpenDataManual.org?

Also how difficult is this to edit? Perhaps we should edit this in
Google Docs - then this can be deployed later?
