[okfn-help] Pointing publicdomainreview.org/.net to publicdomainreview.okfn.org?

Just to clarify: this means that we can't do anything on
publicdomainreview.okfn.org until the DNS redirects? Adam was in the
middle of editing an article, and now we get redirected to a holding
page...
