[okfn-help] Admin - Get the Data

Hi All,

I think (may be wrong) I have administrative priviledges on
getthedata.org but I can't work out how to make someone a moderator or
administrator.

I click on the administration link in the top right but can't see
anywhere to add people. The logical place would be 'Users settings' or
'Basic Settings' but I can't find anything in there.
