[okfn-help] Starting an OKF Contact Directory?

I like this. As a newbie the mailing list list is quite intimidating,
and having a way to see what's most useful/relevant would be great.

Longer term, we could add traffic levels to the wiki page, as those
are also valuable when you're looking at joining new lists.
