[okfn-help] Blogging re: OKF Meetups!

Thanks, Jonathan - has taken a bit of work, but I'm happy with it now! Will
be a great way for us to see what OKF stuff is going on around the world -
and when we integrate it with the Community Dashboard (to become the OKF
homepage in future!) it will be ever further used, I think.

Blog post would be good and it's also a good idea to email the regional
groups and let them know. I can try to make time to work on that next week!
