[okfn-help] Wiki privileges

Hi All,

All of the community coordinators need to be able to give users of the OKFN
wiki admin privileges. We need to be able to recruit webministrators and
give them what they need to despam the wiki.

The key people who need the priv to give others admin rights are:

Sam Leon
Kat Braybrooke
Lucy Chambers

Can anyone help?
