Hiya.

I was looking at the endorsements page at
http://openbiblio.net/principles/endorse/, and i noticed that
character encoding is broken with the names of many people. Perhaps
ways to fix this would be a good idea; it's not so nice to not have
your name and motherlanguage respected, especially when you are
standing up for something in your own name.

* Dorothea Büning hbz, Germany
* Reinhold Störmann , Germany
* Jens-André Koch Universität Greifswald, Germany

etc.
