[okfn-help] OKFN-Help list of stuff

Brilliant Matteo, thanks very much for these:

Dear all,

Matteo very kindly went through okfn.org with me on Tuesday in the
volunteers session with a fine tooth comb and has pointed out a load of
broken or illogical links on the OKF site.

We fixed and redirected where I could find the new links, however - we were
unsure about the links below. Some of them just need removing, perhaps
others need updating (particularly with post event information).

Any feedback and Matteo and I will sort asap!
