[okfn-help] Contact form on CKAN website

The contact form at http://ckan.org/contact/ has some slightly
annoying behaviour, and I wonder if it's possible to change it.

It generates an e-mail to <info at ckan.org>, from noreply at ckan.org, with
subject line "Message from http://ckan.org/ contact form".

This means inboxes filling up with messages in different threads with
the same unelpful subject line. It also means directly replying to a
message doesn't send a message to the user (it sends one to noreply@,
which generates an error).

It would be a great improvement if

(i) the user-supplied subject were used in the subject line
(ii) the user-supplied e-mail address were put in the From: field, or
at least the Reply-To: field.
