Would anyone be able to help out Alastair who tried to register at
http://okfn.org/community/get-involved/ ?

It's been playing up for me as well, I'm not sure if this is a known
issue...

Just tried registering and it drove me nuts, followed all the rules, lower
case etc just kept rotating.
