[okfn-help] Migration of okfnpad.org tonight

The etherpad is migrated and should work as usual.

There were some unexpected hurdles to jump over, hence there was a
longer downtime than expected 00:30-01:40 AM BST. See
http://trac.okfn.org/ticket/1288 for details.
