[okfn-help] Fundraising Platforms

The OKF does lots of project work and has a long history of big
successes. It might be worthwhile to use Kickstarter when considering
whether to undertake something new. Kickstarter projects generally
work best with a well known brand. They can also act as a form of a
filter by providing market validation.
