[okfn-help] Health ensurance at OKFN (it was: Updating OKFn wiki)

Hi, I've been deleting more health ensurance pages at our wiki

http://wiki.okfn.org/Special:RecentChanges

I think it'd be good if we installed those extensions recommended
bellow. I think it would save time because we wouldn't need to keep
deleting and blocking spam at OKFn site. I can help with that.
