[OKFN-IN] Capacity Building NARS/ICAR in FOSS

Dear All,

I am happy to announce that in response to a request made for capacity
building on FOSS for the NARS/ICAR scientists, International Centre for
Free and Open Source Software (ICFOSS) <http://icfoss.in/> had agreed to
jointly work out a special training programme (custom-designed) for NARS
personnel.

I am proposing that ARSSF should jointly work out a programme which could
be conducted every year (once/twice) for the NARS/ICAR.

Please share your views/comments/suggestions.
