Nuala and Nat
Many thanks for this - will not be there this evening so please pass on my
apologies.
I have read the minutes and action plan draft with interest. Broadly
speaking I think this is really good progress and agree with most of the
comments from CS that are in the minutes.
Additionally I would like to reinforce the point that the 3rd theme around
Improving public services and strengthening citizen participation really
needs to be become two themes - i.e. 1.Improving public services and 2.
Strengthening citizen participation.
Citizen participation is much broader than just public services.
If this is not really possible then would suggest that the strengthening
citizen participation element of the original theme include the idea of
co-creation and development of public services with citizens as well as
just simply making it easier for them to access them. That way we would be
able to highlight citizen participation and build the potential of it
without having to have a separate category.
That's all for now
Thanks for keeping me in the loop
Best wishes
Kevin
