[okfn-labs] Introduction to CSV (comma separated variables) on data.okfn.org

Hi All,

I've booted a page on data.okfn.org to provide an introduction to "CSV":

http://data.okfn.org/standards/csv

I find a lot of non-data (geek) folks don't know what CSV is, what tools
you can use for it etc, hence this doc (also important given centrality of
CSV to e.g. Simple Data Format).

Thoughts on what would be useful to include plus direct contributions are
very welcome - you can edit the page directly in prose.io
