[okfn-labs] GitHub's Data Preview

This is great to see - I've been waiting for CSV support (I know the
geojson stuff had gone up a little while back!) (cf also this twitter
thread [1])

https://github.com/datasets is now even nicer to use :-)

I note their approach at the moment seems to be straight HTML tables which
struggles a bit with larg-ish files:

https://github.com/datasets/population/blob/master/data/population.csv

And won't show much larger, e.g. this 3Mb file does not show up at all:
https://github.com/rgrp/dataset-gla/blob/master/data/all.csv but does show
up nicely at http://data.okfn.org/community/rgrp/dataset-gla (this uses
Recline's Slickgrid based grid).
