[okfn-labs] Annotator: Show annotations when not logged in?

Hi,

I'm using Annotator and annotateit.org for:

http://mihi-tr.github.io/groko/

However, annotations don't show if users are not logged in into
annotateit.org - how can I make them show publicly?
