[okfn-labs] PublicBodies.org update - revamped site and more

Hey,

This is awesome progress, really looks nice and with the search function, I
believe it'll really become a tool! As for the search engine, I think it's
worth checking out the amazon simple search thing as a no-maintenance,
non-google solution.
