[okfn-labs] "Data Issues" - an experiment in reporting and tracking issues with datasets using github issues

New post on the Labs blog about "Data Issues", an experiment in tracking
and reporting problems with publicly available datasets using GitHub Issues:

This is a simple approach to reporting on dataset problems that brings a
lot of useful features (discussion boards, tags, keyword filtering, etc.)
and requires no new tools or effort.

I'd love to know what folks think about this idea and approach and would
welcome help in curating and extending this, so please feel free to write
back here (or even better on the post) with comments.
