[okfn-labs] "Data Issues" - an experiment in reporting and tracking issues with datasets using github issues

Hi , This is a good idea to have an  tracking tool to report datasets problems.
An interesting feature to be added will be --allowing  people to register  for a
dataset  for notification when problems is fixed ,  I read that only the creator
of the issue will be notified ,  i am wrong?
