[okfn-labs] Use timemapper

Hi All

We have a bunch of  documents here with pictures that we need to give
plublic acces .After discussion we make focus on This code wrote by OKFN
Mister Pollock  , But
for us we need also to give the possibilty of user  to filter by category ,
date or something else  ,Maybe using an  form as a pluging that we could
patch to the original code . So before starting job , Maybe It exist
another tool that not  need anything to be added  ,just deployed !
