[okfn-labs] Parliamentary Monitoring Software

Actually, MySociety already implemented SayIt on a sister site called
the Peoples Assembly (http://pa.org.za/) - really nice work. I have
been thinking about DocumentCloud for document management - it would
be nice to outsource that component out.
