[okfn-labs] common APIs and metadata from repositories

Rufus, if you could forward this message to the CKAN list I would
really appreciate it!

Unfortunately, (especially because this is our first conference) we
don't currently have any plans for remote participation. (Suggestions
on how best to do this are welcome!)

However, I just started a brainstorming doc at
