[OKFN-NP] Involvement of Open Knowledge Nepal in national workshop in Nepal on OGD sensitization

Wow happy to see all those ideas coming, but I think comparing Open
Knowledge Open Data Index of the year 2013
<http://index.okfn.org/place/nepal/2013/> and 2014
<http://index.okfn.org/place/nepal/> also can be one really good case
study. We can show participant and representative of Nepal Government, how
we are declining at Global index and also can show the data gaps "Where
Nepal Government are doing mistakes" and so on.
