As local OKFN coordinator in Senegal I was invited to share about open data
in government service in Senegal during the session ICT for Government
Services of Euro-Africa ICT Forum ( http://euroafrica-ict.org/ ) taking
place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on Dec. 2-3, 2013.
