我請對方將我這一席代表改為 Open Knowledge Taiwan，以非盈利組織型態參加比較好。

後續會發生2016年年會在台北，可投件給會議：

網路治理在國際上的主要論壇，所有相關政策的源頭。在這單位比較主要的先進是 Kuowei Wu 和 Kenny Huang，如果是1980年代就碰
internet 的應該會聽過。
