把這本小冊子花二十分鐘看完了，
很適合初步了解這東西的「構面」有哪些。
有經驗就很快可以大致了解（離100分的 compliance 可能還有95步），
沒經驗經手過資料的人，
或是管理管資料的人會看得很痛苦，
當然有簽約過的人會更好。

這邊的構面是說（對一般中小企和業務涉及跨境之私人單位）：

- 為什麼會有 GDPR
- 相關詞彙的說明，例如資料處理當然包含自動化和非自動化
- 適用對象
- 違反哪些 article 的罰則比較嚴重，哪些比較輕微
- DPO (data protection officer) 角色設立的必要性，以及這個角色需要懂什麼（苦笑）
- 個人照片、儲存媒體、IP 和 Cookie 等是否被視為可被辨識的個人資料的討論
- DPIAs ([GDPR Privacy Impact Assessments](https://www.itgovernance.co.uk/privacy-impact-assessment-pia)) 的必要
- 現有 ISO 下兩個可以參考的標準 ISO/IEC 27001, 27018
- 組織和流程設計
- EU NIS (Network and Information Security) Directive 對上大企業，大組織
- 各相關企業或組織在 EU 的 representive （自然人或法人）的必要性

我覺得在台灣花兩到三個小時應該就可以讓一般中小型組織對上面的這些議題有0分到60分的認識突破。
