我現在想到的有幾個相關議題，我覺得以 Meetup 方式來交流比較省力有效，形式簡單，地點就是復興南路台大側門的老地方。有三五個人以上就可以了，用線上交流也是不錯的方式（其他城市）。

(2) Cyber Diplomacy

就之前幾年在談的 cyber diplomacy，從 social media 到 internet governance (IGF, APrIGF, TWIGF) 到 cyber (cyber sovereignty, UNCLOS) 到最近的 trade (CPTPP)，但之前談的比較沒有結構。最近要找貿協體系的人「交流交流」，有點具體想法。

開放知識基金會 (Open Knowledge International) 換了董事結構和執行長後的國際會議，進度更新。
