[okfn-za] Code for South Africa unhackathon tomorrow night

Hi All

The third Code for South Africa unhackathon meet-up is taking place
tomorrow night, 7:30pm at CodeBridge. We were previously going to
explore IEC data but there have been a few requests to discuss Open
By-laws and how something useful could be done with it.

For those who don't know about us, the unhackathons are open to
everyone (don't be fooled by the name, it's not only for coders). We
meet weekly on Thursday nights at CodeBridge and find small shared
projects to work on that focus mostly (but not exclusively) on open
data. Feel free to pop around every once in a while, there's no need
to commit to every Thursday for the rest of your life.
