[okfn-za] School Report Cards

Not sure re SA context but I note this SchoolOScope project done in the UK
back in 2009-2010 which had quite an innovative interface (they tried to
summarize school quality in one number and then have a happy/sad icon for
it):

The project was done by a start-up and ultimately closed due to lack of
funding (afaik).
